For the 2026 employee benefits season, I was tasked with redesigning OU Health’s annual benefits guidebook from the ground up, creating a resource that would help more than 10,000 employees better understand and navigate their benefits.

Because the guidebook contains a large amount of detailed HR information, my goal was to make the content feel approachable, organized, and easy to digest without sacrificing visual appeal. Using my understanding of the OU Health brand, I developed a clean layout system and thoughtful typographic hierarchy to bring clarity and consistency to every page.

To help support the content visually, I incorporated carefully selected stock imagery, iconography, and graphic elements throughout the booklet to reinforce key messages and break up dense information in a more engaging way.

I led the design of the project from start to finish and collaborated closely with both the HR team and internal communications team to ensure every detail was accurate, intentional, and user-friendly.

The final guidebook was printed and mailed to over 10,000 OU Health employees, distributed during employee orientation, and went on to inform the design direction of additional HR materials moving forward.
